THE EVER EXCITING NIGERIAN DRAMA

Diving away from sports, for most Nigerian, the most entertaining and intriguing or would we term it fun and suspense filled movie or Drama series in Nigeria in recent time has to be the ongoing JAMB JAMBOREE/BROUHAHA not even the English Premier league has such suspense and would I say followership.
If we take our minds back to the series of drama being made available to Nigerians by the board, then. They are good reasons to ask some vital question. In the present academic session, the board could hardly device a means of admitting students into the various tertiary institutions in the country. They whole process was characterized by flaws and vision less decisions, which could lead an observer to conclude that the education sector is dead and buried. Many called for the head of the registrar and true to the government's commitment to strengthening the sector, such pleas were considered and a new professor appointed to the position.
To everyone, it seems as though the intrigues and film tricks would die down by such appointment but oh my word, we had entered a "one chance bus". Ever since the appointment of the new boss of jamb, there have never ceased to make the headlines week in week out. The drama has brought many to conclude that the board has failed and hence the need to scrap it and allow versities to conduct its own admission test as obtainable in other places.
First, the Vice President, then Acting President made moves but till today we can't tell why he retracted there and then another drama unfolded then we the sudden realization that we are doomed as a nation with JAMB. Just this morning, the headlines read "Scrap JAMB now ASUU to FG". This unending drama seems to take different twist and turns on daily basis and one would only which to see an appropriate reply from the Federal Government huge the headlines tomorrow morning.
A new path is highly recommended and the people's will should ad a matter of fact prevail. Though its interesting but such board should always hug the headlines only for the good reasons.
If JAMB has failed then the needful be done to move our education sector forward.
Enough of the drama.
