Simply Magical or Extraordinary Messiless?

I had never admired or adored the El Classico since 2006 when I became a full blown football fan, to me it had always been over hyped. In 2005, after the FIFA U-20 world cup, where the small boy with a feminine sounding name -,Missi broke my heart and eloped with the trophy and the most valuable player award, my heart hated the little man not to mention the humiliating displays against my Arsenal.
Though I had always loved Madrid I mean the Real football club not an athletic social club because of the players they paraded then, from Zidane to Figo to Roberto Carlos to the Real Ronaldo etcetera. On the other hand, I had loved Barcelona because of some specially gifted players in their ranks- Rivaldo,Kluvert, Thuram, the young Valdez, Déco, Ronaldinho, Samuel Eto, Thierry Henry etcetera but who would finally win me over was the question I had always asked myself, on some occasion I would wholesomely support Madrid like when Guardiola was wrecking the LA Liga, had wanted a credible opposition but the Mourinho's team wasn't giving it. A Barcelona fan I had as a friend worsen the whole situation, always talking and refusing to see the cracks that were definitely there to see, his passion made me love Madrid out of compulsion not passion. After reading the history of the club and came to understand the Catalonia struggle, my heart feel in love with the club, since we have a similar background and interest coming from the Niger Delta point of view. Some weeks ago when Barcelona did the unthinkable comeback marked my return to Barcelona as a fan no more an admirer of special players. For once in a life time, I had began to love Messi for only football reasons.
For the El Classico, my head and heart were with my team FC Barcelona, Madrid took the lead earlier on after they had luckily escaped several bookable offenses but oh my word, we had a game in hand Messi produced that moment of magic, class and beauty all in one to level up and we were levelled at half time.
In the second half, Ivan Rakitic who to me was lost in the game, out of nowhere produced something special, his trademark goal and the Catalonia faithful had a voice in the Bernabau but was short lived after James had come in, though they were one man down when as usual Ramos got sent off for a silly two footed challenge on Messi. The game looked dead and buried and we would have had Pique and Suarez to blame but Messi had the final say, Sergio Roberto breezed past Marcelo and Carvajal and sent the ball to the on rushing Jordi Alba who squared to Messi and the little magician knew what was required and delivered that killer shot and oh my word, he had scored in the final minute of the game, sending the Catalonia faithful to highest heaven of ecstasy and all that was required was the buying of time or say winding down time. He had done it for the team and restored our hopes of winning the league after our champions league exit.
He was magical, mercurial and Messilessly Messi. He is the greatest footballer of all times don't doubt me.
Believe you me the El Classico was worth watching even to the madridstas.
